︎︎︎        The Knotty Ones is a Baltic-inspired knitwear brand that empowers female artisans in rural Lithuania by offering financial independence through sustainable employment. Studio Marina Veziko was commissioned to lead the rebrand, developing a visual identity that reflects the brand’s craft-driven ethos while supporting its growth as an international fashion label.

The identity features a refined colour palette and sophisticated typography, merging modern minimalism with a nod to the brand’s Baltic heritage. The logo plays on the double meaning that arises from the pronunciation of “Knotty.” The flirty “O” letters add a fun touch while also resembling balls of wool, subtly hinting at the brand’s craft. The overall rebranding balances the brand’s playful spirit with its commitment to quality and tradition.

Alongside the core identity, Studio Marina Veziko carefully developed print and packaging materials to create a cohesive tactile experience across physical touchpoints. The studio also led a comprehensive redesign of the website and online store, working closely with digital development agency Black Rooster to create a more unified and intuitive shopping environment.
