︎︎︎           Design interpretation created for the group exhibition project Paco La Rosa, a fictional character conceived as a shifting figure reflecting contemporary political and cultural contexts.

The project invited artists and designers to respond to Paco La Rosa as an ever-changing entity. This work explores the idea of nomen est omen, the name as destiny, imagining the character as a compulsive collector deeply entangled with the symbolism of the rose. References to roses appear throughout the piece, linking the character’s identity to themes of beauty, obsession, vanity, and desire.

Approaching the subject through a blend of irony and theatricality, the work builds a surreal narrative around self-mythology and constructed personas, balancing elegance with subtle dissonance.

The exhibition, originally planned to travel between Barcelona, New York, Paris, and Berlin, was ultimately put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
